Making a change
It is often said that change is the only constant in life. Yet humans are evolutionarily predisposed to resist change because of the risk associated with it.
Change can come in many forms in our lives. It might come forcefully like a tidal wave, or creep along incrementally like a glacier. It might come in the form of a devastating tragedy, difficult choices, broken relationship or even new opportunities.
Whatever change you’re dealing with I can facilitate a safe non judgmental, confidential space, coupled with warmth compassion and understanding that can help you explore and make sense of certain aspect of your life or behaviour you may seek to further understand or change.
Although I specialize in person-centred approach I can draw on a range of therapeutic models...Including creative methods to help you find a way through your problems especially for those who don’t find it easy to put complex feelings into words. We will explore together and see which way of working are the most effective for you.
